Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for Edge Finder premium subscriptions.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through:
- Dashboard: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] from the email address associated with your account.
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier. You retain access to the Telegram channel, public track record, and limited dashboard features.
- Your custom analysis history is retained for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, custom analyses are permanently deleted.
- Your account and basic profile information are retained unless you explicitly request account deletion.
1.3 No Partial Refund on Cancellation
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days in your current billing period. You have already been granted access to the Service for the full period, and cancellation simply prevents future renewal charges.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Policy
Because Edge Finder provides immediate access to digital content and AI-generated research upon subscription, refunds are generally not available. When you subscribe, you receive instant access to premium features, and the AI analysis resources are consumed on your behalf.
2.2 Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
- Service Outage: If the Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours during your billing period and we were at fault (not including scheduled maintenance announced in advance).
- First-Time Subscriber Dissatisfaction: If you are a first-time subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This is a one-time courtesy for new subscribers only and cannot be used for subsequent subscription periods.
2.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] with:
- Your account email address.
- The date of the charge.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
2.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments) and returned to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Free Tier
The free tier (Telegram channel, public track record, limited dashboard access) is provided at no cost and can be used indefinitely. No payment information is required for the free tier, and there is nothing to cancel or refund.
4. Changes to Pricing
If we increase subscription pricing, we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the new pricing applies. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the new price at your next billing cycle.
5. Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Email [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
- We will process the deletion within 30 days.
- All personal data, custom analyses, bookmarks, and paper trading history will be permanently deleted.
- This action is irreversible.
- If you have an active subscription at the time of deletion, it will be cancelled and a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
