Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Edge Finder platform and services ("Service") operated by Edge Finder ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1.1 NOT FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TRADING ADVICE

EDGE FINDER IS A RESEARCH AND INFORMATION TOOL. IT IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER, DEALER, OR TRADING ADVISOR.

The analyses, market briefs, fair value estimates, edge calculations, action frameworks, bull/bear cases, and any other content provided through the Service (collectively, "Research Content") are generated using statistical models and artificial intelligence. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

THE RESEARCH CONTENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE:

  • Financial advice or investment advice of any kind.
  • A recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any position in any prediction market, security, commodity, or financial instrument.
  • A guarantee or prediction of any particular outcome in any market.
  • Professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, tax, or accounting advice.

1.2 NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY

The Research Content is generated by automated systems that combine statistical models with large language model (LLM) artificial intelligence. These systems can and will produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results. Specifically:

  • Statistical models rely on historical data that may not predict future outcomes.
  • AI language models can hallucinate, misinterpret data, or produce erroneous analysis.
  • News and social sentiment data may be outdated, biased, or factually incorrect.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY RESEARCH CONTENT.

1.3 ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Prediction markets involve substantial risk of financial loss. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You may lose some or all of the capital you commit to any prediction market trade.
  • Past performance of Edge Finder's analyses, including historical hit rates, Brier scores, and track records, does not guarantee future performance.
  • You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
  • You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading or investment decisions.
  • Edge Finder has no fiduciary duty or obligation to you regarding your trading activities.

1.4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDGE FINDER, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • Any trading or investment decision you make based on, or influenced by, the Research Content.
  • Any financial loss, lost profits, or lost opportunities resulting from your use of the Service.
  • Any inaccuracy, error, omission, or delay in the Research Content.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.
  • Any third-party actions, including but not limited to actions by prediction market platforms, regulatory bodies, or payment processors.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICE AND MAKE TRADING DECISIONS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

2. Description of Service

Edge Finder is an AI-powered research platform that analyzes prediction markets on platforms such as Polymarket and Kalshi. The Service includes:

  • Automated market analysis and research briefs.
  • Statistical anchoring models and AI-generated fair value estimates.
  • News aggregation, social sentiment analysis, and economic data compilation.
  • Action frameworks showing risk/reward calculations and thesis invalidation triggers.
  • A public track record displaying historical prediction accuracy.
  • Telegram channel distribution of daily research briefs.
  • Custom market analysis on demand (premium feature).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any laws related to prediction market trading, gambling, or financial services.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides access to the Telegram channel, the public track record page, and limited read-only access to the dashboard. No payment is required.

5.2 Premium Subscription

The premium subscription is billed monthly at the rate displayed on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

5.3 Changes to Pricing

We may change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All Research Content, including market briefs, analyses, fair value estimates, charts, visualizations, software code, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Edge Finder. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6.2 Third-Party Data

Market data displayed on the Service originates from third-party platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi, FRED, NewsAPI, and others). We do not claim ownership of this data. Use of third-party data is subject to the respective platforms' terms of service.

6.3 User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Research Content without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the Service to manipulate any prediction market or engage in market manipulation.

8. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including prediction market platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, products, or services of any third-party website. Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms and policies.

If we include affiliate links to prediction market platforms, we may earn a commission on signups or trades. This does not influence our Research Content or analysis.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edge Finder, its founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Any trading or investment decisions you make based on the Research Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be [YOUR CITY, India]. The language of arbitration shall be English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Edge Finder.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edge Finder regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
